Well, Verizon is at it again Used to work on my S3 on 4.3, but now it's ridiculously slow. Hopefully you guys can figure out what they are doing, but it's to the point where it ruins the data on my phone apps themselves when I start up foxfi.
Does not work don't download The Verizon 4.4.2 update disabled - RAZR Maxx HD ***They have not been updated in months so I consider this dead. Don't waste your money.
Moto X on Verizon not working Seems that something got pushed to disable FoxFi after the update to KitKat 4.4. Hoping the Dev. can get this fixed asap!
Figure it out Disclaimer says they cannot warranty for system upgrades that block foxfi...the developers are smart, figure out a way around the system upgrades...that is the point of this app anyway. I bought the app for my HTC One M8 and it worked until the Android 5.0 upgrade..Paid the money for something that does not work...Please do what this app is designed for and put your brains together to find a way around the system upgrade that's blocking Wi-Fi
Works, usually So, mixed results, but right now it provides tethered and Bluetooth networking for my windows laptop and sometimes for my nexus 7 running lollipop. WiFi doesn't work on my phone though. Seems to to be an app issue though. I see the AP, but when devices try to connect to it, it doesn't request the password for encryption. Happy enough though.
Might be good Reviews seemed it was good enough to work, checked web site and play store said it was compatible with my tablet and phone but Verizon's towers are used everywhere and is most likely the problem so I can not really give a fair rate on this app because I knew better than to try.
12/11/2012: If you have purchased and are still unable to either install or unlock FoxFi/PdaNet+ please select contact developer in your order receipt email. We will help you unlock the full version on our end since Play Store issues do happen.
8/2/2013: You will not be sent a serial code after your purchase because you don't need it. Just keep this key app installed on your phone! It will unlock both FoxFi and PdaNet.
It’s never been easier to connect to saved WiFi networks including XFINITY WiFi.
