The algorithm to stitch together the final photosphere is shockingly robust. I tried doing this inside my own house, and given the inherent wobble of the cam position when doing so, it still works amazingly. But this app has a terrible problem with gyroscope drift. Clearly something is attempted to try to mitigate the drift; taking the 1st photo, if I'm EXTREMELY careful to not twist the camera, there won't be drift. Otherwise, it drifts awfully. Calibration should be a separate setting imo.

Well put together, easy to use, no ads, and better than the 5 or 6 other options I tried. The UI is a little clunky and viewing spheres within the app seems to put a gap directly overhead and warp the surrounding area. It's worth noting the Google Photos app seems to display the imported photo spheres at a very low resolution, but viewing the image in a browser shows them fine, so I'm not sure if there's anything this developer can do about what might be a Photos bug.

OMG! THE QUALITY THIS PRODUCES BLOWS ME AWAY! I've made exactly one image with this. The conditions were terrible and I didn't expect much. The image came out very well and looks better than I could have hoped for. I haven't checked yet but I think the resolution is much lower than I would have expected. It still looks awesome on the phone but I plan to import this and create a 4K display. I'm surprised there's not a premium version that allows me super high resolution. Still, give this a try.
