Ratings and reviews

Probably the worst app I have ever paid for. I pay for it to watch Blue Jackets games because I don't want to pay for a bunch of channels I don't watch. I can't cast it to my TV 90% of the time so I either watch it on my tiny phone screen or I don't watch. You would think with all these 1 star ratings they would figure something out but apparently the either don't care or are incompetent. Fix your app!! Edit: if you happen to have an Xbox just get the app on there. Managed to stream the game.

Free trial is not a free trial!!! I had a seven day free trial, and canceled in five days, and they still charged my card and wont give a refund! And now since they won't give me a refund, I then still paid for a full month, but I can't watch any of the sports games because it cancels your subscription completely.

Bare Bones Game Access - for $15 a month, having to reconnect multiple times every game is unacceptable. Commercials work fine, but the actual game? Good luck. It's also *very* enjoyable that instead of seeing the relevant play it shows the most recent highlight. I love missing context for something that moves the betting line. Can't wait till next year when Fanduel can't afford the Caveliers' stream and NBA Pass takes it over.
