Horrendous experience. Unable to watch multiple consecutive games due to Bally's technical difficulties and now unable to cast a live game to my television. This is the worst video streaming app I've ever encountered. Edit: It's also never the same issue. Sometimes the app works fine. Sometimes it won't cast at all. Sometimes it continually restarts the game from the beginning and refuses to scrub forward. Sometimes it plays the game but no sound. Embarrassing.

Worst app I've ever used. It doesn't even deserve 1 star. So far this season, I've missed 3 games out of 10 due to issues with the app. Can't wait till Bally is no more! - You have to log in to your provider literally every day on every device. - Half the time I try to connect my Spectrum account on a device, I get an error saying I've tried too many times, and to try again in 30 minutes... after entering the correct user name and password ONCE. - replays never work. - support is useless.

Last year, no problems. Since updating at the start of the NBA season, there has been issues with constantly having to re-log in, and if watching a replay, if i exit and go back to pick up where i left off, i can't because the app starts the game back from the beginning. I also received an email a few weeks ago that I would be credited back for my payment and I haven't received that credit as yet.
