What happened? The old foxtel guide was fantastic in landscape on tablet, now I can only see whats on for the next hour or so in portrait. With all of foxtels resources why can't you design a display that auto-rotates. Even more important, why change a near perfect app and make it worse???
Great when it works. It's like the support guys go home at midnight and turn the app off until day shift comes in at 6am. It's like having rabies as it leaves me frothing at the mouth in anger and foxtel can't cure it no matter how many bandaids they stick on it
With recent updates it is now completely useless. None of the channels align with the correct shows. I've seen responses stating it is the font size on the device that is the issue, however this is definitely not the case. I had never changed the font on this device so it was set to default. I have since tried every available font size and the channels still don't align. As an example the app shows Game of thrones on FX instead of Showcase. FX is 5 channels above Showcase, so not even close to the correct channel. This is a significant issue that needs to be fixed.
Been using this app for a couple of years now, its never worked properly. Each update fixes one issue and then creates a whole bunch of others. Who have you got working on this thing??
Absolute rubbish. Channel logos don't align to the shows, can't remote record and no landscape mode for tablets. Why can't these simple things be fixed before further improvements? The previous versions had way more functionality!
The new and improved tv guide now forces me to hold 10inch tablet like a phone. Why cant app be used in landscape......like it use to. All these new foxtel apps with the fancy new logo have made the product worse.
