The MyFoxtel app is an easy-to-use, free app that helps you manage your Foxtel account. You can find new shows in the TV Guide to record to your Foxtel iQ box, order Main Events, see your Foxtel Rewards, and get any help you need. The app is available to use wherever you are in Australia!

Ratings and reviews

Inconsistent and unreliable. They advertise the hell out of new programs weeks before they are available to book. Series links frequently fail completely or miss episodes. There is no point complaining to Foxtel as they have no concept of customer service.

This app use to be extremely useful but as of 3 months ago it will not save your card details for payment. Making a account payment through this app is a painful experience. Texting with a computer does nothing but frustrate you. Do yourself a favour and cancel foxtel altogether

I previously gave a very low score because the app stops working every time there was an Android upgrade and Foxtel never updated the app. Customer service emails would be ignored for weeks/months - and I went 4 months or so without the all working. This seems to have been resolved for now so I will give a good rating as the app is good when it works. Hopefully this continues and there actually is at least one technician who can update the app when Android next rolls out an update to 14
