Ratings and reviews

App rarely loads on first launch, takes too long to refresh. About 80% of the time I have to kill it and reload before it fully launches.. Samsung galaxy note 8 phones.. Haven't heard of this issue with other models or iPhone.. Currently same issue on two different phones. Makes it not useful when remote or when using mobile web interface it too cumbersome on phone...links from alerts don't lead don't load making it almost useless.

If you want a good CRM keep moving. Do not use this company. No tech support. App never loads when needed. can't text from app. too slow. Not easy to use. no tech support. They don't care.

I like the app alot. better than most. could use some work and I know they are working on it so I will improve rating over time.
