Stay away! I would give 0 stars, but that option does not exist. From my perspective, these people are running a scam : It costs money, which they promise you "will get back". Don't believe them -- you won't. Unfit for any purpose: can't transfer money in or out. Can't pay online with it. It is simply a money hole. Their customer service hangs up on you 1:30 after saying "your expected waiting time to speak to an agent is 3 minutes". If you value your money, use other services. My 30€ is gone.

At first I thought maybe I lost my 25 Euro, then after waiting for a few days they activated my account. I contacted them on Facebook, they responded immediately and told me to wait for their email. I also send them an email with my ID for ID verification. At first I was a bit harassed, but they finally activated my account, which I liked.

i am trying a lot to chnage app language but i am not ginding any option in this app. can someone guide me that how can i change app language to english???? even i have called to helpline and even the helpline is also not offering to speak in english.
