Comments and more options than just yes/no would be nice... Update: ah yes, I've learned that these functions are apparently available in the paid plans. I only use the App as a participant, not as a creator, and obviously our admin has the free version...

Asks for phone number without reason, then takes you to a blank Web page. Clearly a fraudulent app.
