• Review and approve Positive Pay exceptions

Doesn't work on Samsung S23 phones. Need to frequently reinstall the app on Samsung S23 Ultra to get it to temporarily work. Frandsen said it is a problem with Verizon with that specific phone type, needing a patch for the app. Waiting for months now for patch.

Every couple months, I can't log in, same issue, just force closes upon login on my android. Not sure how it gets temporarily fixed then happens again the next month.

mobile deposit button is missing, which is the only reason for this app. the local office has tried very hard to help, to no avail.
