While trying to login with my usrid and password, it says account is locked and advices to use Forgot userid option to unlock. But this option is not at all visible.

23/04/26 Disappointing that the pop up error is not fixed even after a week which doesn't allow to even login. This shows the support that can be expected from these people. I guess I should withdraw my investments from Franklin if this is the response. 20/04/26 The NFO ad as the app is started is not allowing me to click anywhere! Is this how you build the apps?

New version is not updating. It's updating process ( encicling ) is not ending . When trying to open older version , it says for updating the App. Perhaps older version was better as it was working properly. feeling very bad ....why doing such things which is not advancement ...closing it after waiting 10 minutes ....Sad Giving one star as no other lesser r option...for nil working what you should give....?
