The latest update can't upload receipts. Need to submit within 24 hrs and I did quite alot of shopping today. Please fix it asap, if not you should give consumers exceptions to upload today's receipts. Description of this app is SNAP, EARN & REDEEM. But it failed at SNAP, how to EARN & REDEEM??? Edit (8/3/17): sent feedback to Fraser and next morning gotten reply and updated new app. Able to submit receipts at last! So here to 're-rate', but not going to give 5 stars as there are definitely rooms for improvement for the app and the receipt reviewing process.
First installed Not able to take photo direct from camera, since end Feb 2017 not able to submit receipt at all. Please fix and assigned points despite the 24hrs limitation
It CANNOT submit receipt! Your app bug resulted in our late receipt submission. Then, you push the issue to us and decline our receipts. What is this!!!
Seems like the developer is not reading the reviews... Unable to submit receipts after latest updates. Maybe Fraser should install machines at the shopping centers just like Capital Land Malls.
The app used up 2GB data in a week while running in the background and now I am left with 0 data for the remaining of the month
Cannot submit receipts....and helpdesk no response on email. Please quickly fix it snd honoured customer's shopping receipts for reward points. Thanks
