About this app

It’s late. You should be sleeping. Instead, you’re three chapters deep into a story that finally made you forget the day.

Then it happens. The paywall.

No next chapter. No escape. Just coins, locks, and that familiar frustration.

You close the app. You stare at the ceiling. You think, “I just wanted a good romance. Not another wall.”

You’ve tried the others. The ones that say free, then hit you with coins. Or a timer. Or a subscription you didn’t ask for. You’ve bought coins. You’ve waited. You’ve deleted the app and told yourself never again.

You’re not asking for much. You want to disappear into a world where the tension is real, the characters burn, and the love is fated. A possessive alpha. A forbidden love. A second chance that actually goes somewhere.

But every time, you’re interrupted.

That’s why we built GoodStories.

Every chapter can be unlocked without paying. You watch a short ad between chapters. That’s it. No coins. No locked endings. No surprise charges.

Want no ads? Subscribe. You get unlimited reading, listening, and offline downloads. One subscription. Cancel anytime.

Inside, you’ll find the romance you actually want: fated mates, rejected mates, possessive alpha kings, billionaire bad boys, forbidden love, enemies-to-lovers, second chances, slow burns, and cliffhangers that make you tap “next chapter” at 3 AM.

New chapters daily. New stories weekly.

It’s not perfect. But it’s honest. And it’s yours.

Install GoodStories. Start reading free. The next chapter is already inside.

Ratings and reviews

I just started but so far the story I am reading is great. It is well written, grammatically correct and no misspellings. Unlike many other apps this one has a story that actually follows the storyline. So many jump around as to who is doing what. Even the names of the characters change. I will review again once I've read more stories, but so far so good.

I absolutely love that the content is actually free. I'd much rather deal with ads every chapter that be forced to way for days in other apps to earn coins for one chapter. Some stories could use a little editing for grammar and punctuation, but it's not like a major overhaul is needed. (To developers: if you want or need an editor, I'd love to hear from you).

I enjoy the stories but the ads can get a bit redundant and coins go fast. Other than having to watch an ad after every chapter or buying coins is a drawback. I've started my second story and by the time I finish this one, I'll decide if I will keep this app. Can see they are rough drafts due to some confusion with main characters at times and definitely the misspellings and having to, at times figure out what the author is trying to have the characters say or mean.👏 because I can't write😊
