Over the past 5 years that I've used this app, it has gotten exponentially worse each year. The amount of points recieved for each ride decreased tremendously. Sometimes the app wouldn't work and I'd have to forfeit any point I could have recieved. Now it is no longer working in my area (which is urban and uses ride share quite frequently). It's difficult to rack up points. Over 5 years I earned a little under $300. It's not worth having.

I can no longer build up any points for the cabs that I take because it's not allowing me to book the cabs through the freebird app. I also keep getting the message that they are not available in my area even though I've been taking cabs around my area for a while now, but that seems to be the message regardless of where I'm trying to take the cab. I also have tried to reach out to their support team and have not heard back from anyone.

I am editing back to my initial review of this service. App is extremely buggy. The app doesn't save your work and home address as it claims to, so you will have to go through a number of screens to re-input everything each time you use the app. Support is also extremely unhelpful and ,frankly, rude. They only look at the most recent message when replying, as opposed to looking at the issue as a whole. Freebird also refuses to fix their points applied when it is due to their own system issues.

Hey Brian - We were able to look up your account and clear a ride up for which Uber never passed down the receipt. If you hard close the app you should see the issue cleared. If for any reason the issue persists please email our support team at support@freebirdrides.com and we will take a look. Thanks for being a Freebirder!
