You can't print your contracts Prefer those in my email box not an app. The videos are not necessary maybe a time graph with time stamps in chronological order and available directly to personal inbox and not app. Just a thought i would love to be able to print the documents. So currently i guess i would have to screenshot and send and then compile them into one program or individually print by page. Not very efficient, time consuming, see my frustration. Would love a fix and response

Getting the panels installed was a breeze. But taking so long to get functioning and never have a follow-up to set up reading on telephone, It would be nice to be able to monitor Our own set up, So we can see What we're producing for power each day!

I don't recommend this app. I thought it might be handy during the installation, it wasn't. It was easier to use the customer portal on the website. Mind you, that isn't a very complete experience either. You can't see your system's production via the portal, though they say you can. The app from SolarEdge, the inverter supplier for my system, works really well, and your inverter is where Freedom gets the data about your system anyway. Also, your utility company's website shows a lot of info about how your system is performing, at least that's the case with PG&E. Other observations about bad communication with Freedom Forever are right. It's hard. They're slow. They don't communicate. Sometimes things don't get done right. That said, there are some really good people in customer service. It took 6 months to finally get my system up and running, a very stressful 6 months.
