There is no warm-up before running or stretches/Strength training for runners. I think its essential for every runner if you don't want to injure yourself. Otherwise, the app works great.

I really like the app it helped me lose 2 kilo's in just a week and a half time the workouts are doable and very motivating to Keep going. The only issue im experiencing is the gps Drops frequently. Because of this i don't get tracked and my times arent accurate anymore. Wouldve given 5 stars if this problem wasn't there.
I really like the app! However when my screen is turned off the audio feedback does not work which makes it hard to use the training plans. Hope this can be fixed soon 😀
It's not free at all. You have a few workouts available for free, but the distances are all in yards and you have no guidance in choosing appropriate workouts. There are better free apps out there that don't leach your memory or personal info for nothing.
GPS is a pain to get started. Also you can't track your progress all that well in a customer friendly way. Having said that I still use it as I enjoy thier coach programs. It really does work well in that regard.
