Great App. Would like to see Gym and Bodyweight combined into a single App. I currently follow the coach for both but because they are separate Apps, they dont take into account the workouts that you are doing in the other App which could possibly cause you to overtrain certain parts if your body during a given week. Other than that, its pretty much perfect!!!
Nice app but how is it my very first workout after subscribing does not save at all? Kind of frustrating it even gave me negative points... I'd rate higher if that didn't happen... Crashed when I completed the workouts, Google Moto G Play ***Update*** Bug fixes worked all my workouts are listed. I love the coach and training program can't wait to see how my body changes.
It looks to be a very well maintained app, and one thing I love about it is that it gives you a real fitness trainer to help you. Unfortunately, this means you're gonna have to pay. It's not much but still more than I can afford at this moment
Coach workout has been paired with bodyweight and that is good. However the gym coach always give me super easy workout so I put more weight to keep myself in challenge. Looking forward to the result and I hope it's great.
I just started using the bodyweight and gym together. I am happy with both together. I am experiencing though a problem with down losing and watching the videos... Help?
I started Freeletics Gym 10 weeks ago. In the past, I've tried a few gym routines that I found free online. However, after a friend recomended me Freeletics, I haven't looked back. First of all, the workouts are tough... Some workouts have almost had me throwing up after due to the intensity, but 10 weeks in and Im starting to see the fruits of the labour. I'm naturally quite a skinny guy so diet was a huge part of me gaining weight and muscle. I do 4 sometimes 5 days a week training in the gym and mt workouts take between 60 and 90 mins a piece. I love how the training days are split up and also love the variety of the excerises. The coach asks me how each workout was so it can plan my next workout accordingly. It even has tutorial videos on how to do the excersies. The whole thing is very personalized. Its like having a real coach stood next to you whilst training. 10 weeks in and Im stronger than ive ever been. Ive put on a significant amount of weight and muscle. And am now really liking my new body. Ill continue to train hard and eat well for the future. And of course continue using the coach. If youre thinking about doing freeletics I wpuld definately reccomend it. HOWEVER.. It requires dedication, hard work, and focus. If you dont give it your all, you wont see the results!! The coach gives you the ladder, but youre the one that must climb it. I would also reccomend using some sort of nutrition guide alongside freeletics to help guide what you eat. Im currently consuming juat over 3000 calories a day EVERYDAY. Without that, you will never put on the weight and muscle. Ill upload photos after the first 15 weeks is up. Good luck fellow freeletics 💪
