I looove this app! It's so good and of all the similar apps I tried it is the best at keeping me motivated and making me feel guilty for quitting (which I have a tendency to do). And added bonus all of the exercises are actually achievable. Definitely recommend to anyone at any level of fitness.
Why did you put even more exercises for 1 single day in the coach? I was happy with my 10-30 min daily exercise with 1 workout,now Im forced to do more with those conditioning exercises. I'm so tired I just can't complete the main workout.
Great workout app! I really enjoyed it. Only thing that bothers me is that it's a bit confusing after the first workout. I thought it would automatically move up to the next work out but I ended up having to manually choose another and it was 10x harder. I just wish there was a workout curve based on your answers to start with. Other than that superb app.
I absolutely love this app! By far the best workout app I have ever used. Their workouts consist of a few techniques and aren't difficult to follow. I like the inspirational stories that drive home the message of this isn't easy but keep going! This app makes it easy to commit to working out frequently. I highly recommend it!
First impression: It s missing a bit of flexibility when it comes to smaller sets of technically correct exercises. A minimum of 10 is often not feasible for me...
As u know my name gursimran I am following you and using ur APP for my fitness, but I have one complaint for u that when I use this APP first time then u tell me my first workout but after that there is no instruction about my next workout which I have to do, please tell me that please
