I love this app. It really helps me to keep focused, the exercises are challenging enough and it keeps inspiring me to learn new exercises like pull ups or pistols. I upgraded for coach after three weeks of using. It is good as it makes me do exercises I maybe wouldve avoided myself however the first week has maybe been a little too easy. It will probably change sion though. The community around the app is excellent and it really keeps me motivated! Only thing is that I wish the coach would sync with running and gym app. Would be great if it would plan my gym days and muscles I work with to compliment the bodyweight training.
Only just getting started on this but it is fabulous. Very intense. But I do like the crowd cheers at the end of a workout. Very encouraging indeed. Got a long way to go. I am am at the beginning of my journey. But three weeks ago I made a solemn promise that I would do this. For two friends whom I care about so dearly and hold very close to my heart. They are encouraging me to do this. I am not going to let them down. I will make many mistakes I know. But I am determined to see this through.
Overall great app, like the workouts the coach gives. Not too long or short, just enough to make me a bit sore to know I'm doing something right. Some UI improvements would be helpful, and a 3sec pause between workout exercises so I can transition without it negatively impacting my time
Both the bodyweight and the running apps keep on closing/crashing during workout if I happen to open another app (e.g. Spotify or messenger). It wouldn't be a printing problem if I could restart the workout where I left it, but for some reason it forgets all progress and I had to restart/add manually my sessions. It's getting very annoying.
Great app. Challenging workouts. I'm using the free version right now but planning to subscribe soon. See quick results in my strength and form. Have friends who've used it longer and benefited greatly. I have two issues with the UI. One, it seems to require a fairly firm touch to switch tasks. I've had issues with it when I switch to the next task but the app is still timing the previous task. Not good. The other is that the current task and number of reps is in tiny type at the bottom of the screen and can barely be checked during the workout. Needs to be larger even if in semi transparent type.
I really like the app for giving me challenge for ever new day. It would be even better if there were an optional way to use GPS for Sprints included in a workout.
FIXED: The in-app videos on Huawei devices are now working as they should.
