Love the app...I think that is the best one in this category. The videos are extremly helpful. Everytime I do those workouts I sweat like crazy! Very well done guys with all of them. The only thing I would suggest is a list of the muscles that are being trained when doing such exercise.
App is great but please make sure updates don't delete the videos all the time. There's no WiFi access everywhere and don't want to waste part of my data plan everytime. An estimate of the calories burned with each workout would be great.
You can do it anywhere, anytime, without any equipment. I've been doing this for more than a year now and the results are clear. I am now way stronger and fitter. The latest updates are really serious. They make me more motivated than before.
The exercises are fantastic. Even the short workouts leave me gasping for breath. I initially had an issue with the app and the freeletics team promptly got in touch with me to resolve the issue. I would recommend this app to anyone wanting to workout without going to the gym.
It is the worst app i have seen. I had submitted my email and it said that it would give an email to me for confirmation but I didn't get any
Hard work but definitely an amazing app. I don't like that you can't do anything with the points you earn. You can't purchase gear or unlock new levels. Its stupid. That's the ONLY downside of the app. Other then that, I LOVEEEEEE the workouts and stretches and challenges.
