Love the app...I think that is the best one in this category. The videos are extremly helpful. Everytime I do those workouts I sweat like crazy! Very well done guys with all of them. The only thing I would suggest is a list of the muscles that are being trained when doing such exercise.
App is great but please make sure updates don't delete the videos all the time. There's no WiFi access everywhere and don't want to waste part of my data plan everytime. An estimate of the calories burned with each workout would be great.
You can do it anywhere, anytime, without any equipment. I've been doing this for more than a year now and the results are clear. I am now way stronger and fitter. The latest updates are really serious. They make me more motivated than before.
The exercises are fantastic. Even the short workouts leave me gasping for breath. I initially had an issue with the app and the freeletics team promptly got in touch with me to resolve the issue. I would recommend this app to anyone wanting to workout without going to the gym.
I realy like the app... It shows you alot of amazing stuff indeed...but, I juat siply hoped that the app itself would actualy recomend you, like, realy recomend you sme workouts that would be fit for you through simply by basing your performance from the amount of points that you posses in the coarse of coompleting a deed... Please work on this guys... And lastly, can you try to get it on SD. But over all it's great and I loved it! Thank you!
Great workout app, has instructional videos, good prices and options for nutrition and following members. A bit confusing to use at first, but once you get familiar it's no problem.
