The video always missing when the apps being updated

The app is good and well composed. It adapted to your personal performance and gradually improve the target. But one thing why i still give it 4 stars is because i always had trouble with annual/yearly subscription. I always purchase using my mobile phone billing. I've already make sure that i have a sufficent amount but it always said that i'm not. Still don't get where the trouble is.
Result oriented Tried initially for few days, liked it, then subscribed for a month, loved it, and now continued for 3 months and I am addicted. When subscribed you get coach for 'Gym' as well, helps to keep you interested. Suggestion: Can there be a combo plan of gym and bodyweight and running. I swim too, can you come up with something for it. Thanks Freelectics, as of now, you're an integral of my life.
In my second week and loving it. Doing it 4 days a week and another 2 days i go for running with freeletics running app. Rest of the day i am sitting idle. I am very keen in losing weight. It will be good if calories burnt are shown everyday..it will keep me motivated. Update: Finished my 4 weeks..and man i look different...lost only about 5lbs but could wear shirts two size smaller. Waist size decresed a single size. Lost facial fat and look smarter. I can walk faster....looks as if energy has been pumped into me.
