I think it's quite limited if you don't pay. I would like to have some features that help me decide, because the workouts go from 0 to 100 too fast (example: Morpheus vs. Persephone, same difficulty and duration level, but I struggle a lot woth the last one. Overall, it could be the app for me, but I don't feel sure about buying it because I'm afraid it will go too fast for me
I have started using it today and I am already sensing the challenge it has posed to me plus the increase in my motivation level is further inspiring. I have yet to see its effects,but I am very hopeful.. Update.. it has been 6 weeks that i am using this app now..i feel the strength in my body now..my muscles are toned now and my flexibility is improved.i have lost 1 kg..i am sure i will see progress in coming weeks.undoubtedly it is the best app and best exercise programme i have ever come across..
My wife found this app and told me to try it. I'm in the military and use it to train for my PT test. I passed the last one I took. I've been using the app for three weeks and improved in all areas of the test by an average of 7 reps.
OMG!!! just one day, I can't move my legs for next 3 days. It's really good for someone who wants to face challenges. Great app guys. I recommended it for my friends.
