I was really disappointed with this app. You cannot look further into it unless you purchase it. The nutrition does not allow for much customization. The excersise portion was not what i needed. You have to warm up for 7 minutes then cool down for 7 minutes and there is no way around it, with a small window to excersise in, thay didnt leave me much time. There werent many excersises, it just had a few that you had to do about 5 times. Waste of money. Ended up finding a free one instead.

I tried the free version and liked it so went all in. Previously used Strong Lifts but kept getting injured because of the weight increases without supporting muscles. This one has warmup, variety of exercises that target large and small muscle groups, and cool downs. Every workout has feedback that changes the workouts, adding in supporting exercises in half steps. I'm impressed! (1mo. EDIT) App helped me get the most out of my home gym, using equipment to the fullest. I look better too!

I just started working out using the coach. The workouts were challenging and left me very satisfied that I was making progress towards my goal. The app is well made, and the videos work very well. If I could change one thing, it would be to make editing the weight used a little easier. It's hard to hit the button in the corner. Maybe have an option to edit weight at the end of the workout?
