You get standard recipes that you can also find with a quick google search. As so. eone living in Asia, it was nearly impossible to find all ingredients. This app is just for European users
Food: I like this app but I'm looking forward to more food preferences. Currently it becomes very dairy heavy if you leave out meat. The recipes are creative and I've been trying a lot of new things. Some aren't that great, but over all the food is decent. I always have to add more seasoning and herbs though to make it taste better. I really don't like that I can't customize the meal frequency and portion sizes more. It set me up with 4 meals a day, I usually only eat 3 and can't change that. The portion sizes are also very big, so I usually skip one of the 4 a day. Planning: It would be good if there was a way to pick options in advance and mark them somehow. I do my groceries in advance for a few days and often forget which recipe I picked out of the options. This would also be helpful in terms of seeing nutrient composition for the whole day, not just for individual meals. It's also a bit of a pain to add each recipe individually to the list, and that it doesn't show you which recipe you already added. It would also be good to have an option to cook for multiple people. Price: Overall, I think it's too pricey for the service that it currently offers, but has potential.
Can't start using the app. Once I fill in my info and hit start, it gives me an error stating that I did not fill in all the information. However, as far as I can tell, everything is filled in.
I paid for the nutrition coach, but now can't log into the Nutrition app with my Freeletics Bodyweight account, because I created my account on that app using the "Register with Google" option, which isn't one of the options in Freeletics Nutrition. If I could log in, I might have a favorable view of the rest of the app, but it's hard to tell when I can't use it at all.
