Three times my parcel wasn't pick up and I had to pay the penalty charges and I had to bear the loss of that also. They're both options are contradictory, when I go to the support chat they don't give me proper reply, they ask me to do a task and then charge me for it. If u partner with delivery app, it's your job to connect to them, not mine! Why do I pay all the service charges on every order if I don't get the service properly? Worst customer support I have ever seen!

WAS a good app for buying and selling used and new goods. But the sales has decreased considerably after the exorbitant increase in shipping and convenience charges. Many customers refrain from proceeding with the purchase after they see the final charges even if the product is set to the lowest possible price. They say it's more economical to buy from local shop or other online platforms. Cash and coins do not have the same value but have the same convenience charges !! Not good.

FreeUp is a fantastic app for decluttering and finding new homes for pre-loved items. The user-friendly interface makes listing and browsing a breeze. I've had great success both buying and selling, and it's a convenient way to participate in sustainable consumption.
