It's been a generally fine VPN for the few years if used it but now they constantly have push notifications telling you to watch ads, you can't use it without watching them, and that's if the app even allows you to watch one. I'm no longer interested in using it, I had no issues with the past updates, this one just makes it annoying. They don't actually bother giving responses with any thought, I'm assuming it's just a bot, so that's pretty disappointing. Changing to 2/5, do better

I used to use this app all the time for about 3 years, never had a problem. but now they force updated the app and I have to go through about 8 adds til it let's me get to turn on the VPN, sometimes it doesn't even work and I have to uninstall it then reinstall it for it to work. and it only works once til it breaks again. I understand needing ads to keep it a profit but the ads and app are essentially broken

Recent forced update that really only introduced a plethora of ads. Previously had ads on activation and disconnect which were fine. But now you get ad on launch, activation, disconnect, and a banner add. As well as multiple unskippable ads in a row before even being able to connect. Would not recommend the free version of this, or any other, VPN. I wouldn't even consider the paid version just because of how obnoxious these ads are.
