App does not work. Requires credit card information even though it's a $0.00 transaction just in order to book an appointment. When trying to add the info it wanted, it just keeps saying to open my bank app to approve (though my bank app never prompted) and then it says two-factor authorization failed even though that's not something I have set up. I just wanted to make an appointment, not pay for anything.

Perfect experience every time. My natural nails are not damaged, cuticles are well-cared-for an application of product is precise. Every appointment this specifically allocated so there is never a rush. This results in the most natural looking perfectly shaped and manicured nails. I will go nowhere else after years years of other salons and product.

unable to leave reviews on businesses that cancel appointments on you. 2 separate occasions with different businesses. Seems unfair having a cancellation policy for customers yet there's no repercussions for businesses who do so. Both occasions no feedback given as to why appointments were cancelled just an email notification. The system should either be changed to request appointment and then be confirmed by businesses or a penalty for companies who cancel once appointment is booked.
