The newest update for the website earlier this week is terrible. Booking appointments is now in this tiny side panel. You can't access notes on the same page while booking which is crucial for our business. We've been w/ Fresha since it was Shedul and we're incredibly disappointed with the changes. Very hard to book appointments w/ multiple stylists. You have to do infinite more clicks than before to accomplish tasks that used to be simple. Already spoke to my rep about this. Very dissatisfied.

Takes all the hassle out of hair appts and gets down to hair business! Let's you pick your day and time(if still available), gives a price and time frame for everything on an al a carte menu. After you make a selection, it confirms right away. Also, if you have a question, your stylist can message you right from the app. Win, win!♥️

very nice and user-friendly. i had a little complication as i needed to register a card and approve in the bank app. when i returned to Fresha it was all blank, so I had to go back and the time-slot i had selected showed "fully booked". Going back on the search engine and reselecting my technician afresh resolved the issue and I managed to complete my order nice and easy 🙂 so i recommend first registering your payment method rather than during the order process for now 🪻
