I was forced to use the new app when I migrated my existing account to the new desktop version. The app is not user-friendly, and lacks the dashboard provided in the previous app. Also, the app has frozen at "syncing your content" all day today - I have tried over 20 times. I wish I return to the previous version!!!
Loved loved the old version. New version won't sync with old mobile app. Lost all information. Very dissatisfied...... always told people how easy and great freshbooks was. Now eating my words. Have have freshbooks for so many years and now am forced to look around for another.
Grabbed this app because I wanted to be able to create invoices, save expenses to my various clients, and keep better track of sending invoices. However, it's pretty low-end and it is really just easier to wait until I can get to a computer. That's unfortunate, because I'm terrible at handling my own finances during working hours. I was hoping this would make it easier for me to do it from the couch or in my walks, which is when I tend to remember all of the things I need to do for myself. I'm busy with client stuff all day every day. Apparently, I need a me to take care of me!
Appreciative of the service. Ive been using it for 5 yrs. I hate the update. Invoicing is not intuitive and the app is slow.
I have three businesses on my freshbooks account. When i updated to new app and tried to login, Tells me my trial period has expired and please contact support. Does not give me the option to choose my primary account.. and i cannot login at all.
Android version is having problems with creating an invoice. The screen goes black and I can't get back to the app. I have to go back to the home screen to get a screen back. Needs to be fixed.
