Thanks for the quick reply admin. The newer version has made the login easier indeed (we don't have to put the web adress any more). However, some features are not available in the new app such as; create templates, download PDF version of invoice, access to the dashboard etc..). It just needs more features. Also, in the contact us page could you update the contact number so it includes the international code.

App stuck in synching mode. I wish I could still separate items and time. Not being able to do estimates on the app is a pain...I liked doing estimates in the field instead of writing it out and duplicating it on the laptop. Love Freshbooks but the new version seems to be in beta. I'm not a fan of paying to beta test for a company.
Seems to be significantly less useful than previous app. Ive even found that the data between the desktop and phone app is not consistent which is really concerning for an accounting app! Expenses are seen in 'edited' date rather than the date of recipt which means you can't usefully filter. However there just seems to be a sleuth of issues with the new version beyond that of the app, less flexibilty, less customisation, lesss user friendly eg if you search and then edit when you return to search the paramenters are lost. It all seems very clunky. Additionally since upgrading it seems my subscription is no longer supported which I can only guess means more money required which at the moment, given the pricing will increase due to $/£ exchange rates anyway Im not inclined to do.
Kinda sucks not being able to do estimates on it I'm on the go and taking my laptop is a pain so it would be nice if I could do it on my phone other than that app is great. Still trying to figure out all the functions on it.
This release fixes quite a few bugs and improves performance all around.
