With key metrics on your mobile app, stay abreast of the latest contacts assigned to you. Use filters to narrow the right contacts and ensure they do not slip through. Pay attention to the warmest deals and change the stages as and when the deal progresses to the next stage. Scan and upload documents using the phone camera. Jot down every detail even as your meeting is in progress by adding notes in your mobile CRM.

Users from Freshsales, Freshsales Classic, and Freshsales Suite on the web can use this mobile app.

Update (2024): The app still does not provide an easy way to find recent conversations when opening a customer record (you have to tap multiple times). Still no unified place to see an email list. Update (fall 2023): you still don't have a simple place to check and reply to emails. You have to tab at least 5 times to get to conversations. Original: Key feature missing: A single place to check emails. You have to go to each individual user, multiple taps to get to the last email.

I miss the old freshsales. This app is helpful for managing contacts and deals while I'm on the go, but I have the Freshsales suite and the app doesn't let me manage my marketing. So, it's only 50% useful to me. For marketing and analytics, I have to use the desktop version. Speaking of analytics. I miss being able to filter and export raw data and create my own reports. I don't want widgets. I'm having to recreate data by hand these days and that's absolutely counter productive.
