Mediocre at best Can't notify others when adding a note. I can type in a name but it doesn't auto populate like the website app does. I work for a large organization and I can't keep track of every person's email address in order to enter it manually. UI could use some tweaking, not very intuitive. I wish notifications would mark themselves as read if I've viewed the ticket online. Can't sort or filter tickets like I can on the web. This app is almost useless because of these things.
Fantastic, but lacking a few features. The app is fantastic, but it's lacking a few features. The killer feature for me, would be marking a ticket as spam and automatically blocking the customer that was created. I'd also love to see akismet integration.

Online chat feature?? I wish this app had the online chat feature like the webbased platform does. That way we could be more efficient by being mobile.
