Good but could be better :) I'd absolutely LOVE for my helpdesk clients to be able to submit and review their support tickets / incidents via the mobile app (in the same way that the Freshservice app allows). The mobile app would often be the most convenient way for people to log an incident, particularly when the network or computer they rely on for logging a job ticket is not functioning properly. I think my favorite thing about the mobile app is the wonderfully clean, simple, and cheerful interface compared to other help desks.
Integration with pull down notifications Works like a charm on my Note 4 (which Sammy should update to 7.1 since they won't sell a new Note), and this app is the killer feature of Freshdesk as a package. With the app, you can check and update all of your clients' tickets on the run. Pull down notification integration means you won't miss updates to the incoming or existing tickets.
A great ticketing app This app runs our Business. With out it we wouldn't be able to keep track of everything. Freshdesk is a must have for us. Reliable and works as advertised.
Works better than advertised We've been using the fresh ticket service for 2 years and it works better than other services we tested ....its a major bonus to have a mobile app to respond to our users on the go

Launching app shortcuts - works on Android 7.1 and greater, allowing you to quickly create new tickets, go to recent ones you've viewed and search them all.
