Fantastic, but lacking a few features. The app is fantastic, but it's lacking a few features. The killer feature for me, would be marking a ticket as spam and automatically blocking the customer that was created. I'd also love to see akismet integration.

Needs Manager option Cool for my team, but is worthless for a manager.

Weird quirks but good most of the time I've found that the app is generally easy to use but will act strangely when switching between apps. One instance: I opened a ticket and began to respond, clicked over to search for an answer online, copied text to the clipboard and when I went back to respond to the ticket, my searched or copied text will randomly paste into the response field. This seems to happen mostly when using capital letters. Very good otherwise!
Great app, with minor issues At times there are some issues with ticket formatting in comparison with web app. The missing live chat feature is something that I sorely miss. Even if it's to be a separate app, that's something I would love to have
