I am hooked on Freshly. I'd give 4.5 simply because I wish there was a tab on the plastic lid. It's sometimes difficult to grab a good edge to pull. I also agree with discontinuing the auto repeat of past meals. I understand why (for those who forget to place their orders). I also wish for healthy dessert options. That would eliminate me ruining my efforts by grabbing something unhealthy as a dessert 🤣 I'm looking forward to NEW menu options! Especially now that you have several competitors!

I wanted to like this so much. They have so many options that work around a Celiacs and non-pork diet. But, for the price vs the quantity and the quality of the food is not worth it. On top of that, the bugs in app say one thing about pricing, but when it charges your account, it is an entirely different thing. Then getting a hold of customer service is its own nightmare, because anything you do, disconnects them, or, they just disconnect and nothing is resolved. I won't be using them anymore.

I would give a 5 star but the method of keeping the food cold needs to change. My first two boxes had the gel leak out on the trays. The first one was a complete loss since a full bag of gel burst. My second box had gel on some of the trays, but not all. Also the food packages remind me of the old cheap TV dinners. The entree and side get completely mixed together, which looks very unappetizing. The actual taste of the food is worthy of a rating of 5. Packaging however, rates a two at best.
