SSG At Work helps Solid Service Group Ltd’s resource groups (employees and contractors) to identify and report on scheduled work, whilst being located anywhere at anytime.
This app enables the:
- Viewing of all your scheduled appointments (see client/s and job details);
- Creation of invoice/s for a client approval whilst being on or off site;
- User to get directions and guidance for the next appointment;
- Ability to take and incorporate before and after photos of a job, make notes, attach 3rd party certificates and reports into the app right from anywhere at any time;
- Collection of signatures from the client;
- Creation of job sheets to send into SSG head office with detailed notes of work undertaken and required follow on notes;
- Sending of an ‘On route’ text to the customer which includes your picture, current location (viewable on a map) and an ETA;
- When there is no internet connection – the SSG At Work app operates effectively, if you are offline it will save all your data until you do have an internet connection.
