Why is the app crashing each time I open it? I have uninstalled and reinstalled; no change. Just keeps crashing. Can I give 6 stars? Shaun, in customer service, was great! This product is a gamechanger. I've been playing over 30 years. Where was this when I was 17?! Ugh!

Just started using the Fret Zealot system. So far, it has been a great experience. For a beginner like myself that is older and doesn't have much time, I can sit and practice what I know with the lights off, and learn something new using the app even if I only have 5 to 10 min. I just started my subscription, and so far, it has exceeded my expectations. If you are a beginner and even want something to supplement your lessons or want to learn at home, this is a great learning tool.

After receiving this product and getting it situated, I was having issues with it connecting being a new update to android phones. After emailing the company of the issues they responded back and fixed it pretty fast ,So already a plus for customer service. Overall product is very fun and I would say helps alot when learning overall. Not to hard to install just make sure everything is cleaned first. My only complaint would be it is pretty pricey unless you find it on sale.
