would never recommend this company. I subscribed requested a refill of my second month it's been 13 days and didn't receive my refill. It's been stuck since 5/20 at Memphis Tennessee and every time I contact them for a resolution get the same script from all agents. Exhausted of not getting any concrete answers asked for refund and they answered we can't give you a refund for your second month because medication is on the way. 7 days in transit obviously this is lost.

Customer Support is the Best!

I was very nauseous the entire time I used the Compounded Tirzepitide. Also, I became irritable and angry. That is not normal for me. It was a complete personality change! When I asked for a refund they wouldn't give me one and they ordered another bottle and said I would get used to it. I didn't. I asked for a refund again and after using 1 bottle, they offered me less than half of the 6 months I paid for! Fraud! I still have not received my full refund. I am taking them to arbitration.
