Ratings and reviews

Needs a major upgrade. Can barely do anything in the app. Only things it offers is check balance and internal transfers. Although notification is turned on, it never tells you when maintenance will occur.

for the love of everything holy HOW DO I GET THE HAVING TROUBLE VALIDATING YOUR INFORMATION LOGIN ERROR CONSTANTLY!?!?!? I literally have finger print set up and RANDOMLY this app is like "hmmm... we shall not validate" like, what!? And then I try to recover username because apparently my notes are just wrong and it says I timed out!? when I got the email like, 5 second before? This makes me want to slam my head into a wall repetitively

this new system is terrible all of the pays are lagging showing account difference is lagging so you hit us with over draft fees to pull money out of my savings to cover checking because the mobile doesn't show right or just hit and dont give any time to transfer the funds as a grace period when the money is obviously there to pay it this system is terrible compared to the old one
