As a business owner this app needs to be updated. There are not a lot of listing updates so it makes it hard to get to new clients. I get my clients the old way word of mouth. Laying for leads isnt worth my hard on money
Ive only landed a few jobs. I still think this app can still be a very beneficial and useful tool for small business owners to not only get there name out there more but to land more jobs when work is slow.
Was not easy to understand upon numerous efforts of trial and error it served the purpose after a few days of trouble shooting

The sole purpose of this app is to make you spend as much money on purchasing credits for leads. One credit costs $8. I'm signed up to receive painting leads. So far have received about 1 lead per day, the biggest being an exterior at 8 credits, and the smallest being one interior wall at 6 credits. That's $48 for a single wall, about half of what I would charge for labor. When u receive a lead u have the option to spend the credits to get the homeowners info, and they tell you if u can't connect with homeowner have 7 days to submitt a refund, and will get credit within 48hrs. The first time I requested a refund it was credited exactly 48 hrs later. Meanwhile my credits are low while still waiting for refund so when u get another lead u have to spend more on credits. So u spend 6 more credits and get another non responsive lead, now your waiting for a response on 12 credits, and if you want to respond to more leads, well you have to purchase more credits. So you figure what the he'll it's a numbers game as long as I get credits refunded back I can keep using them. Well my second refund request was denied on Friday night, by now their customer support line is closed through the weekend, so the only way is to chat online with concierge which is their online support feature. When u send them a message it can take up to 5 hrs to get a response. So far I'm still waiting on their "Support Management" to tell me why refund was denied even thought it clearly states they'll refund credits if u can't connect. Out of 4 leads I haven't been able to connect with anyone, and am still waiting for a response on the refunds, well over 48 hrs if they'll even credit them back. BEWARE when purchasing credits, make sure the self reload function is off, or it will automatically charge ur card when credits get low. The app seemed very promising at first but it can get expensive to figure out how to get the most of it, because it's literally set up to trick you into buying credits. If you could just get a hold of someone when u get their info it might be worth it, but so far nothing. I will update if anything changes.
I think this app is not very user friendly nor are things displayed very easy to view what you have going on. I do not care for the app at all
