Mobile loading didn't went well I regularly use the app to top up my globe balance. Tho most of the time it's unavailable. So, we users need to adjust. But then this time, savings balance got detucted but my 100 load didnt went through. Psh. Emailed bpi and still havent had any response. Come on! It's just a hundred peso, but I just dont wanna have this feeling that I couldnt trust this app anymore if it's not getting any improvement at all.
Overall it's alright but for the gionee pioneer p2s phone series it has a tendency to hang and not connect to the browser when needed. Please fix the bugs on the app. I believe it can be very useful and helpful whenever we need it especially even when i know we can use this instead when we know it won't always be necessary anymore for us to visit the bank or ATM just to check on our accounts or make transfers.
I don't get ur SECURITY. I'm using my biometrics whereas its my fingerprint that no one can get access to, just to unlock the QP and it will only provide my balance. And then, I still have to type my password to access the whole account that was just a set of characters and i have to remember every time. I'm also afraid that someone might know the pw coz im saving it in a sheet of paper, just for me not forget it.
Average Overall it's good and easy to use. You can now view your other products or accounts balance from Bpi Family. It also supports the fingerprint sensor for some mobile for added security. Cons- switching or installing the app to another mobile phone is quite complicated. Features that exists on the previous phone doesn't apply to the new one. Also it frequently crashes and most functions don't work well. BDO's mobile app works much better though.
The app has gotten worse. Most of the time I could login or do a quick portfolio without getting an "Unknown Error" message. My connection is strong at 4G LTE so it's obviously not the connection. Also, not being able to transfer funds in the middle of the night doesn't make sense. Are you conducting system maintenance nightly? Because that is not a good practice. Some of your depositors are working nights and not being able to use that functionality greatly impacts them. I'm considering transferring my accounts to Security Bank instead. Their app is more stable and efficient.
Can be a useful app. However, I wish it could be more detailed with the flow of transactions. It would be more helpful if it could trace where the previous transactions took place, and amount woulf be reflected after every transaction. Also, why do I have to activate my account everytime I want to transfer funds online? For someone who lives far away from the city, this is rather inconvenient whenever I want to purchase online and want to make use my BPI account to pay. This didn't use to be a problem. I hope you do something about this.
