Received system update for phone recently and now it's a little better. Tried the DVR and finally after 11 months I recorded remotely. Still can't watch content on DVR I previously recorded. Lousy channel selection, touchy channel scroll and horrible, clueless customer service. Just did the update and was hoping to be able to watch the DVR remotely. NOT! Update : It won't open, just dancing dots! 4/21/17
This app is crap. It won't even connect to my DVR like it used to. At a minimum, we should be able to watched recorded content from DVR. Boy do I miss Verizon...
Have the same problems as most everyone here. It was working perfectly last week, now I can't get the info for program info on my dvr and it says device not connected to the internet. Tried everything, unplugging my dvr, uninstalling the app from my phone and reinstalling it. Called Frontier and they checked and my dvr is connected to the internet. They suggested turning off the modem then turn it on...still not working. They seem like they have never heard of this problem. I think everyone should start calling them and letting them know so they can fix this stupid problem!
Constantly timing out. Can't even watch 5 minutes of a show before it fails
Its been a year almost and you still can't ___________. I left a space to fill in your own problem. You will have one after install or update. Here's my start count -1( ☆) for this phone app.
*If* you can actually get it to load it will fail to live stream anything. I got the guide to load once. That's as far as I've gotten with it.
