The MyFrontier app lets you view/pay bills, see past billing statements and payments, and make changes to your account and notification settings. More self-service options allow you to modify service appointments, troubleshoot issues, and get real-time updates by connecting directly to your technician with two-way messaging. Terrible app, doesn't load most of the pages, ai bot doesn't work, it's very hard to get anything accomplished when it loads blank pages. Even trying to see a bill it crashes. You can't talk to a real person for customer service it's easier to just Google the service phone number. Do better!

The app used to have a dashboard at the top of the screen that enables you to check on repair tickets. It is no longer there. When I click support in the app it gives information that you should hit the support icon and select your trouble ticket under open support tickets. That option is not there on the screen. You have to go online and enter your information and enter your ticket number, zip code, last name or enter your account number. Only info is that it's in progress.

This app is useless, all it does is send you in circles. Giga the chat option just puts up a link. Which doesn't take you to anything helpful. The support wizard you would think would check for the problem. I'm over 70 years old. Getting down on the floor to play with the router or the set top box is not easy to do, nor am I a computer tech. I pay a great deal to have your service
