they can't even keep there app going have emailed them a few times and they say their working on it come on it can't be that hard to fix the problem they sucks they can't even update their app

Got a new phone and now the app will not locate any addresses. UGH frustrating. Updated 3/10 - I have sent info as requested. I was able to see briefly trash pickup but not recycle for one of the addresses provided. It was like you force fixed by manually adding to but the app was not fixed. Somehow the app got uninstalled. When I reinstalled it, still cannot locate any addresses other than a select few in the 3 locations it lists. The app should be able to locate any address it services.

Paid for a quarter of service, cart, delivery fees and taxes on the website as it showed that my address could be serviced. Then once I downloaded the app it didn't have my address available. I sent support requests. I was called the next day to be informed they don't service my area when one of their carts is out at a neighbor's property. I have to wait for a refund that could take up to 2 to 3 business days while my trash piles up. And I have to sign up with another trash service.
