I would give it negative rating if I can. It makes you load money before booking. But the drivers never show up for the ride. The money is deducted irrespective of whether driver shows up or not. I called them once to get the refund. But I couldn't call them for next transaction. Further edit after I saw their response: I for not have time to chase down each transaction. You have a systemic problem and it should not be difficult for you to figure that out.

Not enough taxis, so app becomes pointless. In principle great, works well. Half the price of hotel / tourist taxis, but not enough drivers available, so you often can't get one. We were successful for first couple of days, so loaded on more credit. From this point we never managed to get a taxi again. Have requested a refund, 2 days in and waiting. Must be a taxi mafia in Goa beaches, because there aren't any tuk ticks either, so you are a trapped market for the big taxis

Poor experience. I booked a short ride from Margao to Betalbatim, and the app estimated 5 minutes for my driver to arrive. A half hour later, and my driver was still no closer to the pickup point. The driver didn't pick up the phone, or have WhatsApp. Goa Miles Support also didn't pick up the phone. Eventually I cancelled because I needed to get home. They charged me a 100 rupee cancellation fee for the entire experience.
