About this app

This app is for you if you are enrolled in an FSAFEDS Health Care FSA, Limited Expense FSA and/or Dependent Care FSA.
This app makes it easy to submit claims for all FSAFEDS benefits, for quick reimbursement or to direct payments to your provider.
Use this app to submit claims any time:
• Health care claims – simply take a photo of your receipt with your phone
• Dependent care claims – capture your provider’s signature in the app or submit a photo of your receipt
Also:
• View your current account balance and other important plan info
• View all claims submitted via the app, online or fax
• View Claims & Activity, all transactions for all programs, just like on our website
• View the Account Statement for available programs, just like on our website
• Update your Profile & Preferences, sign up for detailed emails and texts, just like on our website

This app requests permission to access SMS (to automatically read and enter the one-time PIN received via text message) and your phone (to initiate a call to Customer Service) – both at your request.

Ratings and reviews

The fact that I have to click through this many screens just to log into a website is insane. Any time I try and do anything I get stuck in a loop where I get a "there are no available servers" errors unless I clear my cache. It won't let me input future end dates for dates of service despite the fact that I could be prepaying for service that takes place in the future. There's not enough characters in this box to describe how bad this app is.

The app crashes. Now I can't even login. I continue to get "server unavailable" error every time I try to login. It happens after the OTP submission. Nothing has changed on my end. I have forced stop, uninstalled and installed, I'm using the most up to date version. If I login immediately through a browser there's no issue. What is going on with this app?

Do better. I am a big supporter of the FSA program, but this app and program are not working on any level. The server is nearly always "unavailable," so I can't submit my receipts. The program doesn't offer a debit card, just a reimbursement option, so it sucks having to front your own money anyway, but then to have to try logging in to even submit those receipts and getting error messages day after day? Infuriating. Every extra day that money (my money) isn't in my bank is a squeeze.
