Ratings and reviews

Internal Transfers will not complete, only some of the time do they work. As well as occasionally the app will not open when selected. Citing an error as the problem, this will occur multiple times in a row only to be fixed by attempting to open the app over and over again until it will open without issue. A password of 16 total characters is also too short.

I have been with this bank since the 1980's. I have no complaints. Very friendly & helpful. The app is excellent. Very user friendly.

Since federal savings bank changed names to first seacoast bank this app has yet to function about half the time. I will open up the app to check my balance transactions ect. But instead of actually allowing me to tap to enter my password or instant balance. Nothing happens almost like I'm looking at a screenshot. Again about 50% to 70% of the time it does this and it needs fixed I shouldn't have to try again tomorrow because I work 3rd. This app was a 5 star before the name change!
