FSB Mobile Banking offers security safeguards such as authentication for every interaction with any FSB Mobile Banking component; 128-bit encryption; fraud mechanisms such as transaction validation and transaction reconciliation processes; protection against malicious attacks; and full audit capabilities.

This app is nothing but inconvenient and disappointing! I haven't been able to log on in over a couple weeks. That's not mentioning the countless times with the same problem in the last couple years of having it. It's to the point of wanting to go through another bank because of it. Can't get your own account info when you need/want, and you can't even just reset anything. Having to either call sam's wait on hold for 30 mins or go all the way to the bank is sometimesinfuriating. So frustrated

By far the worst bank app I have ever used. Works maybe 40% of the time, and that's being generous. Hope you don't want to check your balance or transfer funds, it will log you out consistently and will not allow you to log back in, stating an error message. Do yourself a favor and choose a different bank with an app that actually works.

So I been using this app for awhile and I'm getting annoyed. From time to time I am unable to log in and it also won't allow me to change my password. I've called customer sevice once a month for probably the last five months and ive done it twice this month. I wrote my password down just to be sure and low and behold it didn't work. I just talked to customer service and the temp password they gave me didn't work on the android app nor on PC. I'm considering changing banks over an app.
