If you already bank online with the Co-operative Bank, all you need to do is download the app and login with your internet banking details. Then you can set up a PIN for the app and you’re ready to go! If you don’t already have Internet Banking, just drop into your local branch or call us on 0800 554 554 to set it up (or +64 4 463 1758 from overseas).

If you are Touch 24 Banking BCR user you can immediately access the smartphones application.
Login into the internet banking application is done using the user number and the unique code generated by the token device and benefit from the same level of security.
If you are not a user or you are not a BCR customer you can look for ATMs, call the Info BCR service or view the exchange rates and you can always become a user – find out more on www.24banking.ro.
Now you have even more mobility with eTokenBCR, your token device on your mobile phone! Use both apps, copy and paste the authentication and authorization codes generated by eTokenBCR directly in 24banking app.
The default language of the application is Romanian. By accessing the phone Menu button in app main screen, you can select also the English language.
The application requires Android 2.1, 2.2, 2.3 or the newer versions 2.x, 4.x. The application works on Android tablets but is not optimized for screens with larger resolutions.
