Bought this with the F-secure software suite. It was recommended by an article I read which outlined some research conducted by two universities into exactly how well VPN applications work and if they are working as they should. It appears that a lot do not do what they are supposed to and are comprising a users data. Freedome was the exception in the study and could be thoroughly recommended.
it really works perfectly but when my subscription went down to 9days it suddenly stopped and cant even access anymore. i dont know if it is the app who has the problem or the internet provider. im using galaxy s8 but my friends who are using ios are in good shape and the app is perfectly working
I have to dock a star for the lack of torrenting support. Otherwise, the app is clean, easy to use, stable & doesn't greatly impact either data speed or battery life. Price is very reasonable, too. It sort of saddens me that I might have to switch to another service because of that one big drawback.
Does what it says on the tin. Slight delay connecting to the internet on start up but after that no difference noticed. Scarily interesting just what junk it blocks. Actually extended my mobiles battery life!!!
Very very simplistic dose exactly what it's supposed to do what more can you ask. Sure it's always fun to mod programs. No reason to with Freedom. Never had one issue be it my android or AMD 12 core 64 bit system. And so far no issues with windows 10 pro 17025 build. Which will be coming out next year. Signed From a windows insider
Very impressed. I bought it for all my devices and I have not noticed any degradation of performance. After reading about KRACK, and planning to spend time in Seattle on public WiFi i decided it was time to get a little more serious about security.
