Says I,M not connected to the internet!!!! Like most of BTs promise.. No good! Our internet is useless. And they cannot fix it. Even with all their ASIAN investment!
Select all option Thanks for recent update. Can you add a select all button on the next update. Also the ability to empty trash on the app would be good.....the reply below from bt is out of date and not for this comment
This app works only on 2 of my 3 Galaxy Android devices. Though my Galaxy S2 (4.0.4) now has multiple connections but at least it connects whereas my Galazy S4 (4.4.2 - and I don't want to upgrade to Lollipop), just keeps advising me that I have failed to enter my login parameters correctly that ends up with BT freezing the account for 15 minutes. Since this is a message from BT it means that my login parameters are not being sent to the host correctly. Yes I may have made a mistake but not 10 times in a row, especially when the S2 and my Tab work first time! So unless this is fixed the BT Cloud service is unusable. Apart from this the BT Cloud service is intrinsically deficient though marginally better than what it replaced. Sometimes I just want to login and copy stuff rather than the service constantly monitoring my PCs etc.. But there seems no way to "Logout"; "Quitting" the service doesn't appear to do that, I seem to have to remove all devices instead. I wish this was a better experience. Unfortunately I'm resigned to using Google Drive & Dropbox until this is fixed.
Keeps forgetting details Keeps forgetting details. Every time it updates it adds another device. I now have 3 entry's for my phone listed instead of just the one
Says I need an Internet connection As with the previous review it just says "You need an Internet connection to take the application into use", and won't open. (Note: "to run this app" would have been a less Chinglish way of putting it). Obviously I do have a perfectly good connection, as I am able to write this review. It worked just once after the first installation, and now refuses to go beyond the error message. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not fix this issue.
***no Internet connection**** Won't open.says I have no Internet connection when I clearly have. So unable to set up any further
