I got the subscription for supporting this project. App works poorly, many pedal bikes are broken so it wouldn't let one unlock them. Most stations just have 1 pedal bike available in a station, if that's broken, one is left with the (way too expensive !! ) E-Bike option... It can be entertaining as an activity, but not for getting to places on time. The subscription model and the quality of app and bikes altogether don't make sense unfortunately. I hope it will be improved soon!

Bike quality TERRIBLE - requires a lot of effort for even slightest upward hill or incline, making bike virtually pointless for even medium-length journeys. Pricing also stupid - unless you get a subscription, the price for just one 10 minute journey on the bike is already more expensive than a bus. Hardly incentivises users. Positives: app was fine. However, unless the bikes are upgraded / improved, this is a SCANDALOUS WASTE OF PUBLIC MONEY. The Jerusalem Municipality / עיריית ירושלים must be held accountable.
