A new user tap is telling me to enter my users name. If I am a new user, how would I have a user name. I'm I missing something. Is the bank withholding information for my account? I was not even told about the app. Poor customer service and poorly ran and maintenance app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Still does not work.
Called for help..didn't mind waiting but than transferred only to tell me i have to call back because the department I needed was closed..total waste of time!!#
I have had this app for a few year and I always have trouble using the online check deposit.. it always gives me a failure message. Please rectify the this issue. Other than that it's ok
I am a CSR of FSNB. So everyone knows all you need to do is either uninstall or update the app. We had a massive update on the 6th.
I try to set up an account to use online banking and it always gives me problems it's the worst online banking that I've ever had to deal with
