Updated Version Sucks Can't logged into my accounts to check my balances. I try to login and nothing happens it just says please wait but my accounts don't come up didnt have this issue with the older version until i updated it... Once this issue is fixed ill then think about giving a better review... Until then ???
WTH!!! You mean to tell me, now I have to call customer service to check my account?? What an inconvenience. I might have to switch banks. The 1 stars are catching up with the 5 stars. Not a good look for FSNB.
Worthless I cant veiw my accounts. It stays on the log in screen. You would think after months of this issue that they would have fixed it but no. I am to the point that im looking into closeing my account with FSNB after being with them 10 years and transfering everything over to Navy Federal. It seems as if FSNB doesnt care about their customers and the customers needs. Atlest Navy Federal cares for their members and doesnt force a worthless app update that makes the app not work. (Edit) Now July and not fixed.
Doesn't Work! This is completely useless now. I have used this app with no problems at all for years until this last update. Now it won't let me login at all. Sucks! Fix it please or at least give us the old version back.
FSNB This used to be a great app I really need to get into my account and it stays on the signing in page. And it keeps telling me that I have an incorrect password which I know for a fact I do not please fix this now and stop updating what's not broken!!!!
Sign in issues/ works fine after os update Since the app update I can not log in. After inputting password, it stays on "signing in". The only workout around is to uninstall and then reinstall, or go into your settings and erase all data from the app. I had a software update and now I can use the app again smoothly. If this app suppose to work with the new OS update please wait a few days after to send out updates for the app or at least let users know!
