Can't view/download pdf. Feedback from developers are to just use the desktop website. Poor response for breaking a major feature of the app.

This app is painfully slow. Click ANY choice and you're guaranteed a 15 or 20 second wait while that choice Loads. Even scrolling down three or four pages is a tedious ordeal. When you have to click 6 or 7 options to get the info you're after that can add up to 5 minutes of time watching the timer spin. The desktop site is no better. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE 😡 in 2019 👎

Not happy....can log into website, but not app. Sent an email to support for assistance in March...no response....and in May....no response. All the support staff responding to these negative ratings ask you to email them for support, I am wondering if those customers ever received assistance. I was hoping to get assistance before a negative post in case there was a process I need to complete before complaining. Clearly, this the only way to get noticed.
