It is the worst banking App created. It is very slow and intermittently gives a notification "switching of Apps is restricted" and then log you out of the App. The bad thing is it happens even if the backlight of the phone turns off. For a single transaction, you have to log in multiple times. On 2 occasions while transferring money, it deducted my balance, but recipient account didn't receive the money. It has lot of technical issues.

Please can you hire a good technical team. This is the most annoying app I have come across in my life.. There is a continuous connectivity issue message even when we are in a very strong wifi. Everytime you open the app and there is an issue.. Please please hire a good technical team. If you dont find anyone please connect me I will give you numbers of loads of good technical persons but please change this one.. It is super auper annoying. This app doesn't deserve stars in negative also..

Worst App ever. Mobile no. verification is not happening at all. First it shows msg. delivered to registered no. and right after shows msg. not delivered yet, try again!!! Sometimes it shows last transaction stopped due to network problems, try again and if problem persists, contact the app provider!!! Is this a joke or what!!! Customers suffer due to bank's poor performance. App should deserve a big zero rating but, there's no option for it.
