worst app ever.. I tried to contact customer care since almost more than 30 days.. still they are not responding to my mail.. I wrongly entered virtual address and my money got deducted bt they don't even tried to look into the matter.. pathetic ppl.. dnt hav proper customer care.. dnt hav value for money of ppl.. n wen I tried to call customer care of union Bank they said they can't help me in dis matter as it's third party app.. n its my mistake so I shld b calm.. bt for hw much time.. worst bank I ever come across.. will nvr recommend even bank for anyone
App version-1.0.42 was working perfectly. Now it is not working after updating to version-1.0.47 It says "We are experiencing technical problems with the app. Please retry after sometime." It gives error in options like Pay, View Balance, Add Virtual Address, Set PIN, Manage A/C, Change PIN, and approving collection request of other UPI user.
Worst app ever. I am unable to set mPIN. I have entered everything correct, but it only pops up " account/card/expiry date does not match". Why this kind of bug?????
Useless app. Keeps telling me SIM number not verified in spite of having it RMN on phone. Would rather Use BHIM.
